Arcoplan led the urban activation and launch of Santo Domingo’s new Design District (DiDi), a revitalization project focused on transforming a central commercial area into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly hub for design, culture, and community. In collaboration with local institutions and architecture schools, Arcoplan helped reimagine the streetscape through public installations, urban furniture, and curated programming including live music, performances, and outdoor retail. The initiative drew strong support from local businesses and the public, highlighting the city’s growing demand for high-quality, design-driven public spaces.
