The project blends tropical design, elegance, and comfort through a pavilion-style layout with open-air connections and lush interior gardens. Each villa offers flexible layouts and potential for expansion, adapting to the needs of future residents. With pitched clay tile roofs, vernacular materials, and a biophilic approach, the homes celebrate natural light, vegetation, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The landscape design enhances this experience with native species, aromatic vines, and large shade trees, creating a serene, sustainable, and visually balanced environment.
